We are a member of a global network of independent law firms which was originally established in 1993 as an EEIG (European Economic Interest Grouping); founded to take advantage of the new trading environment created by the European Act in 1987.

Although all members are independent from one another, we share common values and are committed to working in close cooperation in order to combine expert legal assistance with local market knowledge. The network consists of more than 1,000 lawyers in countries throughout the world and is seeking prospective members in strategic locations. Our global reach allows us to offer comprehensive legal assistance across a wide range of legal expertise throughout the world.

The original Association (1993) was founded by six law firms from four different countries: France, Germany, Spain and England.  Gradually the network grew around Europe into countries including Belgium, Denmark, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Poland and Norway and beyond European borders into China, Russia, Mexico and Chile.
