Mr. Araya is a founding partner of Araya&Cía. With more than 15 years of experience advising the main agro-export companies in Chile and Peru in all matters related to International Commercial Law and Agricultural Law. He is a specialized arbitrator of the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC) and Director of the Produce Marketing Association (PMA) Chile Council.
